The firm’s permanent capital base is fundamental to its strength, culture and strategy, and differentiates it in operations and investments. This permanent capital base ultimately allows PBM Capital to participate in unique transactions with structural flexibility.

We apply a dynamic entrepreneurial approach to the selection, structuring, financing and operations of our portfolio companies in order to accelerate their development and growth. We seek ideas and companies that have the potential to bring creative and disruptive technologies and innovations to market.
